Website payments use a secure YooKassa checkout. Your Photique account shows credits, the returned order status, a way to cancel future renewal, and a self-service control to remove a saved payment method. Photique never receives full card details.
1. Plans and credit contents
One credit includes a photo critique and one 1K output: Edit or Reshoot. The both option uses two credits.
- Free — one credit, once for a new account.
- Pack — ₽499 for five credits; credits do not expire.
- Plus — ₽699 per month for eight credits.
- Pro — ₽1,290 per month for sixteen credits.
- Studio — ₽5,990 per month for eighty credits.
Subscription credits apply to the current paid period. Before checkout, Photique shows the price, period, contents, and links to the Terms and Privacy Policy.
2. App Store purchases
- Digital AI features, subscriptions, and credits offered inside iOS use In-App Purchase unless a lawful storefront-specific exception applies.
- A subscription auto-renews until it is cancelled in Apple account settings.
- Manage Subscription: apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
- Request a Refund: reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple and applicable law determine eligibility.
- Restorable purchases must provide Restore Purchases; purchased IAP credits do not expire.
- Deleting a Photique account does not cancel Apple billing automatically.
3. Web purchases
YooKassa processes website payment. Access is granted only after Photique confirms payment, not merely after a browser return. The operator uses Russia's Professional Income Tax regime: income is registered in «Мой налог» and the receipt produced there is sent to the buyer.
4. Cancellation, failed runs, and credits
- You can remove a saved payment method from your account at any time without contacting support. Photique deletes the saved YooKassa token from its system, removes the method from the account view, and stops automatic renewal.
- Removing a payment method does not end the already-paid period. Saving a payment method again requires a new checkout and fresh express consent.
- Cancellation stops future renewal and removes the saved payment method; access usually continues to the paid period end.
- Cancellation does not itself refund a charge that has already been made.
- A credit is charged only for the operation defined on the paywall; an operation that never starts must not consume a credit.
- If a generation fails or an external service refuses it, the terms shown at purchase will explain whether Photique retries the operation, returns the credit, or issues a refund where required.
- A chargeback or refund may revoke the corresponding unused access; existing user content is not deleted without a separate basis.
5. EU and UK consumer rights
Distance contracts may carry a 14-day withdrawal right. Where digital content or a digital service begins immediately, checkout separately requests prior express consent and, where applicable, acknowledgement of the effect on withdrawal rights. There is no blanket waiver of all refunds. Mandatory remedies for undelivered or non-conforming digital services remain available.
6. Contact
Use the Apple routes above for App Store billing or refunds. For a technical issue or a web payment, email support@photique.app. Include the account email, purchase channel, transaction or reference ID, date, and issue description. Never send a full card number or security code.
